yes, this really is how we make our living.
A couple:
Texas Son - a texas blues band based in Rochester, NY. Had some regional success a while back - truly terrific guitar work and a hoot to see live.
The second his a personal friend, Erik Bachsmith, singer-songwriter who just never had it in him to take risk and get his material truly heard.
Nothing to see here. Please disperse.
Alex Kapranos- Lead Singer Franz Ferdinand
Malcom Young-AC/DC, i know AC/DC is famous, but mal doesnt get the recognition he deserves.
Let's make some noise!
Kasey Chambers - check out her album "the Captain" - she's real big in Australia, so I hear.
"I'm virtually free to do whatever I want, but I try to remember so is everybody else..." - Todd Snider
Although many have heard of Ratt, Warren DeMartini's name for the most part is obscured. One of the finer "Hair Metal" musicians that came from that era. He actually has talent.
Drummer, Dave Watts. Former member of Shockra (New york) and now The Motet (Colorado):

Stevie Blaze: Lillian Axe, One of the most under rated bands that I've ever known. This guy is a neo-classical kind of rock guitarist, a lot in the style of some guy named Randy Rhoads.
Cool. Glad to hear they're making an impression outside the ski resort circuit of the Rockies.Originally Posted by pedro

Going to see Cracker/Camper here on new years.
