    Top 5: Movies for Halloween

I love scary movies. The scarier, the better. While the following may not be the scariest movies out there, they are my top 5 picks for scary movies to enjoy for Halloween. If I was having a Halloween party, I'd probably show these.

    5) Hellraiser
    4) Night of the Living Dead
    3) Halloween
    2) The Shining
    1) The Exorcist

My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!

Nightmare on Elm Street? That movie has not aged well.

And come on, is there really any better horror film than "Night of the Living Dead"?

I believe that The Omen deserves honorable mention...oh yeah, and my latest favorite:

    Shaun of the Dead

Just saw this one the other night. Good flick.

Okay, FCB, I'll replace Nightmare on Elm Street with Night of the Living Dead. It was tough, but you convinced me.

    1. Dawn of the Dead ('78)
    2. Night of the Living Dead
    3. Shaun of the Dead
    4. Land of the Dead
    5. Day of the Dead

Ok, so I admit it, I'm a little bit genre-biased.

I could only have 5, so Valley Girl, Mannequin, Weekend at Bernie's, Police Academy just couldn't make it.
