I can only access the main page. When I try to access a forum, or login, I'm getting a 404 Forbidden error.

Can you post a screenshot? If not, how about copying and pasting the exact error message. I'm not able to recreate the problem on any of my boxes. It seems there are just a couple of people having problems still?

When I hit the "register" tab on Bengaldom.com, here's what pops up:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

if you have something that looks like

PHPSESSID=b2d054fe09a671b264e19d49ccf87be9;

in your address bar, that's what's causing the problem. Not sure where it is coming from, as once I cleared it and logged in it didn't happen again. The long hex number might be different, but if it has that sessionid you'll get that unauthorized page. Remove that part of it, so that just www.bengaldom.com/index.php?action=register is all that you have there. Substitute login for register if you've already registered.
