Ted Power added to the Reds organization

    From Lance's blog:

    Reds add Power
Former Reds pitcher Ted Power has rejoined the organization as a pitching rehabilitation coordinator. Power will work out of the club's Sarasota complex and will work with the pitchers undergoing rehabilitation.
Said Reds director of player development Tim Naehring, "As we continue our efforts to get our former players involved in the organization, we think Ted fits this position because of his knowledge of pitching mechanics and his familiarity with some of the players in our system. He'll work diligently to help our injured pitchers return to form."
Power most recently worked for the organization from 2000-2002, when he was the pitching coach at Billings (2000, 2001) and Dayton (2002)....in 2001 at Billings, his staff walked the fewest batters in the Pioneer League and allowed the fewest home runs...his staff that season also finished second in the league with a 3.77 team ERA.
Knowing the history of this team, he's going to be one busy coach.
