Every team has a message board on Scout.com. Some are good, some not so good.
My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!

I updated the RedsZone.com FAQ and I merged the two threads. The merged thread is in the archives.

One thing we did over on SOSH this year was to set up an adopt-a-team forum http://sonsofsamhorn.net/index.php?showforum=63 to track/scout the other teams. The first posting in each thread should contain links to various blogs and fan forums, and the main body will contain links to different articles and postings on the teams. That might be of some use to you in some of your link gathering, although its by no means all-inclusive.

Couple of darn good Mets forums:

    http://www.nysportsday.com/themofo
That actually is a direct decendant of the very first known New York Mets website, even went up before MLB.com v 1.0 went online! The long since defunct MetsOnline.net thats where the MO comes from, Mets Online Fan Forum
