What is this NBA thing you speak of?

There's really a team in Oklahoma City?

You're missing out 62-- the league has really improved over the past several years. MANY good young players with diverse, dynamic skills. Plus, two teams (Spurs and Pistons) that play an incredible team-oriented, hard-nosed game.

And if not, well, then just laugh at the jokes my man

I like college basketball a lot.

Love watching WVU the last two years.

Haven't been an NBA fan for a long time, I'm afraid.

Now get your ass back over here and say something funny about baseball, dammit.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the article very much and thought it was funny (especially the Antonio Alfonseca one) but I don't follow the NBA at all. Never really enjoyed Pro Basketball.

    WOY--

To each his own of course, but I think that's a theory borne out of the post-Jordan years when the league was barely watchable. In order for the NBA to succeed it needs true "STARS"-- guys that can wow the crowd AND will their team to victory. The NBA was missing that for many years, but has recently started getting it back with Lebron, Wade, and others.

IMO, it's a good product. Still some stinker teams and some lazy players, but a good product overall.

You don't have to sell it to me, I follow NHL hockey, I have NO room to talk.

Isn't it a bit ironic, EdSkin, Kobe gets the "virgin" award?

As a Sixers fan, I have to say -- I love Isiah Thomas. I didn't think it could get any better than Scott Layden running the ship for the Knicks, but somehow, it has. Isiah's current obsession with Steve Francis is just fantastic. His complete ineptitude makes the Sixers' constant mediocrity easier to tolerate.

Nice catch Max, and yes Stewie, Isiah is an absolute moron.
