Looks like they just took his costume from the first movie and dipped in in black paint. I was hoping for something more original.
BTW - I read an alleged plot synopsis online a few weeks ago. If it's accurate, the origin of the Black Costume gets explained quite nicely.
And M2 will be especially pleased with one of the villains.
