Unless there's a trade or the Reds start with 13 pitchers, Burns and Standridge aren't going to go North.

Unless I'm forgetting someone, it looks like a bully of Weathers, Mercker, Wagner, Coffey, Belisle, White and Hammond.

Justin Speier (sp?) in to pitch. A couple other backups also in for Toronto. EE leading off with a single to left. Menechino in to PR.

Leadoff single for EdE. Menechino pinch-runs. Aurilia up. He pounds one over the CF's head for a double, scoring the non-speedy Frankie and the Reds are on the board.

Kearns slaps a manly single to center, but Aurilia is thrown out at the plate easily. Bad baserunning *and* defense for the Reds today. Wise Ks, and the Reds get only one.

    3-1 after 6.

Mike the Miz begins inning nummer zwei. So he has to go and walk the leadoff batter. I take it back, buddy- you're Warren Brusstar, not Les Lancaster.

Runner moves to second somehow, didn't hear.

Grounder to second is out number one. Runner to third. Grounder to first- nice throw by Richus cuts the guy down. Two outs, man on first.

Hinske moves to 2nd. Don't know if it was a wild pitch or passed ball because Joe was talking about his golf tournament or something.

Grounder to Aurilia, who nails the runner at the plate. 2 outs.

LaRue misses another one. He's not doing very well today either.

But a fly to right ends the frame. Two scoreless innings for Mr. Burns.

    3-1 Reds after 6.5.

Richiepoo runs like he's got a piano on his back. But even Casey usually could score from 2nd on a single to CF. But he knows how to win, I guess.

First Reds batter is retired in the seventh. Freel grounds to short.

Chris Denorfia batting for the first time today. Liner up the gap in right-center becomes a stand-up triple!

Sardinha up. Ball one. Foul. Swing on a breaking pitch. Inside, ball two. Swing on a breaking pitch, see ya. Sigh.

    3-1 Jays after 7.

Ryan Tallett (sp?) is in to pitch. Kata flies out to left center to start the inning.

Freel grounds out to SS. Denorifa follows with a stand up triple to right center. Dane Sardinha now in to bat.
