Sounds good to me. I have been somewhat put off by discussions about it, especially when they turn up in an unrelated thread. I rarely neg anyone. I think I've done it once in the whole time I've been on here. Anyway, if this helps keep people from abusing the system, it's a good idea.

Gully, I saw that last weekend when I was looking at a few things as a non-registered user. We definitely need to change that so people can read the FAQ first before registering.
