    Other baseball news...

ESPN is reporting that Soriano will play LF this afternoon for the Nats.

Ben Sheets will open the season on the DL for the Brewers.
    Where we gonna go?

Also read that Ponson was named the fifth starter for the Cards...incredible that he is still only 29 years old

They're going to use Wainwright in the Pen. Besides we make worthless trades, not ones to benifit our club.

Does it mater? Soriano never played OF in the MLB and Pants stuck him there...keep in mind he sucks at 2B...but he was an all-star there...so, I say we act like the China Communist regime of the 50's and we break down all these barriors of classism and so now all players need to humble themselves and change their role on their team...big bats are now part of the ground crew...pitchers are now hitting instructors, hitting instructors are now lefty specialists and so on...I think the changes as detailed are obvious.

Reggi Amercrombie is winning the prestigious center field position battle in Florida over Eric Reed.

Ryan Sheely is likely to be demoted to Colorodo Springs since a shoulder injury prevents him from playing right field.

Oliver Perez to draw opening day honors for the Pirates.

Hope the Reds are paying attention to this little tidbit.
We'll burn that bridge when we get to it.

and the Rocks have officially ended the OF experiment as well. He will go back to AAA(after a possible DL stint) and will stay blocked in Colorado for about the next 5 years or so.
