    Sweet Sixteen Thread

LSU is leading Duke 31-27 at the half without their top two scorers for most of the half.

    Go Tigers!

    Fixed.

Bradley is hanging with Memphis. 29-26 with 5:08 to go. Memphis to shoot free throws.

LSU and Duke are now tied with 5:32 to go in the game. In the other game Memphis has a 7 point lead with just under 13 minutes left.

What a comeback by UCLA tonight. They were down by 17 and came back to win 73-71. Also Texas won on a buzzer beater 3 against West Virginia.

Great nite for me. I've been a longtime, diehard, Duke fan since I can remember. After their loss, I at least wanted to see Texas go down as well. And since I geniunely enjoyed watching Morrison play, perhaps a Gonzaga win coulda salvaged some portion of my nite.

    Or not.

Wow, I'm glad there wasn't a fourth game on tonight, my heart couldn't have handled it.
My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!

I feel you on that one Savafan....after Texas hit that three at the end I about lost it. To have it followed up with Gonzaga blowing that game like that was just the cherry on top of a great night of basketball.

Another great night of basketball as UConn - Washington becomes the 2nd OT game of the night.

    Re: Sweet Sixteen Thread

I hope UConn is enjoying this win because they don't deserve it. That was a goaldtending against UConn in OT that was not called. Washington would have had the lead. You can tell that the NCAA wants the #1 seeds in the Final Four. Between that non goal-tending call and the traveling call on BC after the Villanova player threw him to the ground - it's obvious.
