Do you think that Milton is jealous of Arroyo's hittin abilities? He led this staff in homers last year. (in more ways than one) Maybe he will raise his level of play and hit one today. Especially since he's a lefty and the wind is blowing out to right. Just some hopefull thinking.

The real question is: Is Arroyo available to PH? We are definitely going to need his bat with this lineup.

why put any thought or reason into it...let's look at the negative side of it while whining about that lineup instead.

Jerry Narron said that EdE's gonna have days like yesterday. He's the starting 3b and this is part of the deal and will be in the lineup against St Louis.

He did say that if EdE's gonna have other days defensively like he did on Wednesday, he's gonna be benched.

He should tell the veterans to set a better example for him.

Is it just me, or aren't those statements contradictory?

I just typed what he said.

To me Narron didn't finish his thought - he needed to say that if EdE's gonna make 3 errors a night a habit, he's benched.

If the days are sparatic, you can live with them and chalk them up to growing pains. If it happens consistantly, then you have to look at different options.
