    What happens when Larue's ...

DL time runs out. Seems like they are willing to sit on this one as long as they can. I guess they can't bring themselves to release a scrappy veteran and they are no more Denorfia's left to send out.

I still think they're trying to work a trade involving one of the catchers and one of the extra middle infielders. This would explain why they keep dragging thier feet on bringing LaRue back.

I think they will move a pitcher (probably Hammond being released), and go with 11 pitchers.

My money is on a Womack/Ross for scrub deal to somebody -- anybody know of teams who could use a few backups?
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Without a trade, that seems like the best option.

If we've learned anything about Krivsky, its that he's not as indecisive with roster moves as O'Brien was. The only conclusion I can come to accept is that he's trying to work on a trade... otherwise dragging his feet seems completely out of character.
