    Kearns 7th... c'mon Narron. Let him out of the dog-house already.
    Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

    Batted 8th yesterday, and not at all today. Maybe Narron is seeing the light.

    maybe he didn't like that bunt with Valentin on 2nd and Harang coming up. That was one of the dumbest plays I have seen in awhile.

    FLASHBACK... June 12, 2005. REDS vs. Orioles.

    REDS win 10-6. Ponson is the Orioles starter and takes the loss.

    * 6IP, 11H, 7ER, 3K, 1BB, 2 HRA (Aurilia, 3R HR & Griffey, 2R HR).
    Small market fan... always hoping, but never expecting.

    Don't count on that. He's just trying to keep guys happy with playing time.
    "panic" only comes from having real expectations

    If this was 2001, Dunn would have some good protection in that lineup
