Bush is showing D. Williams that you can throw 80-85 if you have a good curve and can bust a fastball at 88-90 once in a while.

That's what I thought too. I was wondering if he lost where he was going with it. It sounded like he was going to say something more about Felipe and Yount, and just went somewhere else.

David Bush strikes out the side, and I think to myself that things can't get much worse.

Then the worst commercial ever recorded comes on the radio (the awful Pepsi commercial with people just yelling out names of Itallian foods).

    Proving me wrong yet agian.

Re: 4/22/06 Game Thread - Reds vs. Brewers

Bush has great upside. He's suffering right now from what Dan Haren suffered a couple years back: the 5 inning syndrome. He'd be great for 5 innings, then he'd come absolutely unglued. I think the same thing can be said for Bush so far this year. But he can dial it up there, and add in the fact that the Reds have never seen this guy before....

But he is also a pitcher that none of these guys have seen before (except Hatteberg).

Give him a couple times through the lineup.

Hall smacks one over the leftfield wall to lead off the Brewers 4th. 4-0, Brewers.
