    P.Wilson rehab start

Anyone keeping tabs on the Dragons game? Playing the boys from Peoria, my roommate's home town. I filpped on the radio and the score stood at 3-2 in the 5th (maybe?). The Dragons had loaded the bases w/ 0 outs and then blew it. How has Paulie looked?

Wilson vs Williams could turn into a battle royale

He is still pitching in the 7th inning.

    Dragons are losing 3-2.

Don't forget about Claussen and the Lizard, maybe throwing in Germano as well. It will be quite a battle to see who gets rocked the worst.

I guess Paulie is struggling to get his fastball over 83.

The Reds have ~4 options for the 5th starter and none of them are any good. When Williams is done with his flame out it will be interesting to see where they go. Wilson is not an answer. DanO signings, the gifts that keep on giving

I'm sure he won't be great his first time out. If he returns to half his form he had before, he is twice the option of Dave Williams.

I know position players have a max. games they can play for a rehab stent. What is the max a pitcher can stay in the minors for rehab starts?

30 days for pitchers, 20 for position players. A team can petition for more time, and it is sometimes granted.

They need to petition Paul to retire.
It's absolutely pathetic that people can't have an opinion from actually watching games and supplementing that with stats. If you voice an opinion that doesn't fit into a black/white box you will get completely misrepresented and basically called a tobacco chewing traditionalist...

I agree...sad that his arm problems kept him from his potential but what a warrior to keep fighting...but he needs to stop.
