I have Bonds, I've been offered Griffey. I don't know what to do. Bonds has been turning it on a bit, but watching him run the bases looks painful. Then again Griffey isn't exactly in great shape right now either. However, if Griffey has the type of summer he did last year I'd be all over that trade. Any thoughts? Thanks.
I wouldn't do it. Bonds is a bigger risk than Griffey. He has his knees, he gets pitched around a lot, and he has a possible investigation.

I was quite confused from redsfan's response too. It seems to be saying he would trade Bonds for Griffey IF he had Bonds, which is how I understand it to be.
If you have Bonds and would get Griffey, turn the deal down. There is something up with Griffey's leg if he's not back yet. Bonds may only play 115 games, but he will have good power numbers, and obviosuly his BBs, OBP, SLG, and OPS will be through the roof.
I'd definitely do this trade. Bonds is due for a trip to the DL after he passes Ruth.
