Bonds hit in head by foul ball....

saw this on ESPN. Someone taking hits in batting cage and fouled one off and knocked him down. He is said to be in the line-up though.
"Some of the guys who pitched well for us last year aren't going to make the ballclub," Narron said.

Pete Rose, when asked by David Letterman who he likes in the MLB playoffs:

"You sound like you're betting on baseball."

As big and hard as his head is now, that ball probably exploded on impact.

What a coincidence. He's hurting baseball, and now baseball is trying to hurt him back.

    Rumor has it...

The ball was once seen at BALCO on Vincent's desk. Someone was rubbing a clear gel on the ball instead of mud. The batter really juiced that pitch. Barry thinks the white-ball did it on purpose and was trying to make his son cry.

A bit different situation, but considering the two people involved, it definitely reminds me of when the ball bounced off Canseco's noggin and into the stands for a home run.

I guess taking steroids unfortunately decreases your ball/head coordination. Or would that be increases your ball/head coordination?

I'd be worried that Barry's head would swell up after something like that happened but I don't think you could tell the difference.
