Great googily moogily. When Boston really does realize what they have, it will make Yankee fans even more nuts. After all WMP was traded to the Reds by the Yankees.
WMP always starts fast then the league catches up to him. He does a little better in July power wise but that is because that's the time Jr. usually gets hurt.

This would be easy to say about any number of players not named WMP. The reason being Pena's never had a full season. His development was screwed the moment he signed that ridiculous contract the Yankees gave him.

He's got a chance to cement his role in Boston, And if the Red Sox are smart, they keep Pena in CF even after Crisp heals. let Coco take over LF. Improved defense all around, and Pena at the plate will make sawx fans forget Johnny Damon pretty quick, while at the same time making Yankee fans go "we gave this guy up for Drew f'n Henson?"
    Suck it up cupcake.

And if they don't they'll still win and be smart.

    And there lies the rub.

They have a guy named Manny in LF who doesn't stink. What would you do with him?

Even with Arroyo's nice start, I'm having trouble dealing getting over the Pena trade.

Hey, if Pena works out in CF for them do you think they would trade Crisp? What if we trade them Junior or .....?
"Sometimes, it's not the sexiest moves that put you over the top," Krivsky said. "It's a series of transactions that help you get there."
