With almost all of the near future Reds games on TV, I don't think I need it as much as before.

The IP address block is dependent on the ISP. I am able to watch Reds games on my account, billed to my CC in Texas, when I'm visiting relatives in Central Ohio who have Adelphia broadband. I assume it depends on whether the ISP shares its customer location info with MLB.
