    Jeff Kent, meet bench

I'm cursing the Yahoo Can't Cut List.

    .181 1 HR 12 RBI

These numbers haunt my dreams. Jeff Kent makes me want to

I have the same problem so I picked up Felipe off the waiver wire and stuck him at 2nd base.

Why was he on the waiver wire?

That's a great question and I thought someone would say that earlier. He did get off to kind of a slow start offensively but it makes no sense in that he is the best offensive SS in the NL.

I am cursing the No Cut List as well...as Kent has been riding the pine on my team too.

I wish I could have got somebody like Felipe of the waiver wire...I grabbed Brandon Phillips instead. Of course it was right after his hot streak and right before his slump.

He'll probably turn it around and then you'll be glad that you couldn't cut him. Jeff Kent isn;t likely to hit .181 all year.

I see Mike Lowell on a lot of waiver wires and he's 2nd base eligible in Yahoo leagues. Scoop him up. He's been red hot lately, leading the league in doubles. He may not hit 30 HR's, but how many 2nd basemen do? Lowell will put up numbers like a 5th/6th round 2nd baseman.

Dude- I certainly hope you've been playing Kent. He just put another one out-something like 5 in the last week.

I picked Kent up at his low point. Looks like that may pay benefits.

Yeah, I've been starting him since he hit his second homerun. Can't complain anymore.
