Actually the bid right now is a pretty good deal. The seller would have paid the minimum of $5 for each figurine = $10 then $8 for shipping = $18.00 and the current bid is less than that.

I have both and the figurines are nice. I actually like the figurines better than the bobbleheads they give away.

I had the same problem. Mine had glue in it that I had to scrape out before I could get the bat in there.

I think that's a pretty good deal. I picked up some bobbleheads and figurines last year when they were doing some clearance stuff after Hurrican Katrina, giving several to anyone who donated $25 to Red Cross at the game. I told my wife that it would be a free donation and I picked up three of them. I got about $15 each on average. Just remember to set your upper limit for what you're willing to pay.

I had a problem with mine too. I kept messing with screwing the bat in so much, the little screw came out.. I was able to get it in the screw after it was out of his hands, then I just put it back in there. Maybe we should sue?!? lol.

You guys take your figurines and bobbleheads out of the package? I've been collecting figurines and bobbleheads for many years and I have never taken even one out of the package.

I do, I want them to be seen, I don't want to have a cardboard box sitting on my shelf, I'm not planning to ebay em so why not?

I agree. Why would you want to keep them in the box. Nobody would see them at all.

Right on, I dont go to the game to get them to sell. I get them to support the players I like.

I don't sell mine either...I've never sold any of my collectibles. I would rather collect these things as opposed to putting them on ebay and making a few bucks.
