I do remember everyone in RZ writing about how the Reds could always develop relief pitchers...or they always seemed to sign the right cast off who happens to have a career year (Ruffin, Carrasco) or years (Shaw. Brantley) But for the last 2-3 years it's been all bad..... but now it is the bullpen that is worse. Is this progress?
