That's why I don't worry about ESPN and getting the press' respect. I'd rather earn the respect from our opposition, by winning some ballgames.
The Baseball Writers vote on the award so a 7-2 record, on a high profile team probably does make him a legitimate candidate in their eyes. He does have a nice WHIP at 1.18
More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can think about is that I can't wait for them to finish so that I can tell my own story that's not only better, but also more directly involves me.
