The Reds survived the May debacle when the naysayers came a callin,and now comes June playing with reckless abandon.This team is playing with alot of confidence now and thats something very dangerous for the opposition.That come from behind win over the Cards tonight was huge.Just when I think this team is playing over their heads and a make or break division road campaign,they have stepped up and held their own.

Hopefully with Pujols injury, this will be a good chance to gain some ground on them.. even if we don't win the series we can still capitalize on the absence of Pujols. He has 25 of there 55+ HR's. He is obviously a huge part of there offense and with Carpenter coming back today (Last game pitched was 3 weeks ago), we might be able to keep pace or even swipe the lead from them.
