    I just noticed that the Braves drafted another 6-4 high school right hander (Kyle Witten). They have made several similar picks. This seems to be their trademark.

    Wow! Did you see Gressick's OBP and SLG? He had a .449 OBP and a .587 SLG. Not too shabby.

    50 rounds according to mlb.com
    Right now they are on round 27.

    My alma mater is usually good for a couple of draftees a year, but this is the first year I've seen where nobody's been chosen on Day 1. This is also the first time since Marc Cornell (who never pitched professionally) that the Reds have taken a Bobcat. Cool beans.

    And right after I say all that, the Tigers take another OU pitcher, right-hander Derek Witt, in round 28.
