I like Beato, Walden, Andersen, Laporta & of course I still love Chamberlain (assuming Buckley & Co. think he's ok physically) in fact Chamberlain is my pick if he checks out!

Can you imagine if the NFL draft went at a pace like this? Chris Berman would die.
The Sox traded Bullfrog the only player they've got for Shottenhoffen. Four-eyes Shottenhoffen a utility infielder. They've got a whole team of utility infielders.

The draft is such a long term planning thing, it's smart to always draft the best guy.
Imagine how screwed we would've been if we drafted pitching (that didn't pan out) instead of Kearns/Dunn that one year.
    THOSE GUYS WERENT BPA EITHER

Wouldn't be surprised if he does.. Dave Dombrowski and Company know what they're doing.

if they'll overpay for Pudge.. they'll get Miller done IMO.

I would actually watch it if it was this quick. This is how a draft should be done. MLB does one thing right anyway.

I seriously doubt the Reds are being laughed at for taking the second best college hitter available.

If anyone's being laughed at it's the Cubs.

Teams are probably thinking that since the Reds drafted another outfielder that one of the current major league outfielders on the Reds must be available.

I think there was a similar reaction last year to the 2nd round selection of Travis Wood.
