My suggestion is if the person on the clock is ready to pick let them pick. This way the earlier thet start picking there is a better chance to get in more rounds.

I finish with school for the year early Friday morning, so Friday sounds good.
I think Friday sounds good. That way, we have four days to get 2+ rounds in - Plenty of time for delays and inevitable hiccups.
We're only doing the two rounds? Just checking, I remember someone earlier suggested three (and I totally have my pick for that round figured out).
