    What's he got (pitches/velocity) and who is he comparable too (please say Pedro)?

    must be Single A pitching prospect night. Homer Bailey is also scheduled to pitch tonight.

    Im going down to see Cueto tonight in Lansing. Hope to get some pics, and a report. There stadium gun doesnt work so im not sure how much info ill be able to come up with.

    Since it is that "other" start for Bailey, it will be bombs away. Cueto should rebound.

    I don't see it, he is just now showing signs of getting comfortable at this level. Rapid development isn't happening right now. The Yankees rushed Hughes to AA and he has struggled.

    Maybe rapid development will happen next year, but not this year.

    Bailey: 7 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 0 BB, 8 K, 8 GO/5 FO...two straight good starts.

    Bruce is 1-for-3 with a RBI single.

    OK...I see your point. Maybe towards the end of 2006 he'll get a few at AA.
