Jeb Bush signs bill that could keep Reds in Sarasota

Sarasota still has to come up with money, which could be a problem. They are already making demands that Reds pay more.
The lowest acceptable payroll amount for ownership to show they are not greedy pigs is 15 million more than they are currently paying. No matter what that currently is.

Yeah, he also signed a bill that allows scalping. Do you hear that? It's the sound of my rent being paid w/ football tickets. It'll hurt, but I imagine the more I drink in the bar across the street w/ a pocket full of money, the better I'll feel.

I know it sounds bad that I'd sell some of my season tickets to Gator games, but seriously, I have $1.04 in the bank right now. I'm tired of that.
