    Where's Loo?

I've looked on all rosters and can't find him, anyone know when he is joining a team?

I thought he was supposed to be with the GCL Reds by now.

He was originally on the GCL Reds roster, but disappeared today I believe from the roster. Not really sure what happened. Guess we will find out soon enough.

Doubt it. If they werent willing to start Stubbs in Dayton, I doubt they would be willing to start Loo there....but I have been wrong before.

Loo had some elbow concerns earlier this year -- maybe he's on the shelf.

Where's the Loo? Sounds like something you'd hear in a London Pub.

I doubt it too, that is what the wink was for. Every joke is partially serious though and my reasoning is: Wasn't his league an all-wooden bat league? If that is the case, I think he is clearly ahead of the game. Stubbs batted a "soft" .307 in his wood bat summer league and Loo was in the upper .300's. I think he is advanced bc of that compared to others that got drafted.

i think its one of 2 things. like one poster said, he had injury problems this past year. they could either just be shutting him down for a while or maybe he needs to get it fixed. or 2, hes going to dayton. and i know people said why him but not stubbs. well i think 2 reasons. loo has been hitting with the bat much more. and also, maybe do to who is ahead of each in the system at their position in dayton

Does Lancaster answer emails on his Blog? Maybe he or Hal can answer.

I was just going to bump this up to see if anything knew. I got nothing back from any Reds beat writer.

    Re: Where's Loo?

About a week ago Hal McCoy told me he had been signed and he guessed he would be assigned to a team soon, probably Billings or the GCL Reds. Nothing ground breaking there, especially because I told him I knew this already.
