Mays has been Houdini-like tonight. I never trust a pitcher that is always in trouble.

I guess FSN doesn't know how to score strikeouts. Kearns reaches first on a strikeout, FSN records it as the second out. They fixed it quickly, though. Flynn78 must have called in.

Moving the runner over means nothing to Dunn. Pops it up. It's either nothing, up or out for that man.

Hatteberg, on the other hand, drives Kearns all the way in.

Am I that bad? I don't ever be one of those guys watching a golf tournament and calling in a rules violation. Or do I?

Am I the only one that rembers a Jason LaRue that I revered and loved as a handler of pitchers and all-around scrappy ballplayer?

Reyes has Mays' number tonight. For a little guy, he can SMOKE that ball. Standing up with a triple to right.

Kearns did not have his best defensive effort on Reyes' flyball and he just scored on a Mays WP. 4-2 Reds

I think we can all agree (including Larue) that it's time for him to move on. He simply doesn't seem to like taking the back seat, but can't seem to make the most of the opportunities he does get. Perform or sit. Or be traded.

Since May 1 Dunn is hitting .202 with an OBP of .326. On base machine? I think not.

It would help if the infield would communicate. BP threw a laserbeam to the catcher side of the diamond. That's about as close as it got.

I wish we could get something out of him. I would love to let him get that much needed change of scenery. In fact, I would love to still be a LaRue fan when he goes elsewhere. It is just time.

1 earned run in 4 and 2/3 innings not too bad against this team.
