I wouldn't want Bailey throwing all his pitches 96 either, change speeds, 93 one time, 96 the other time, mixed with a changeup and curve.

According to the announcer he is mixing in change ups.
He says Bailey has a good curve, so Im guessing he has also thrown that.

Announcers said Bailey's changeup is coming in at about 83-84, with his fastball coming in consistantly bewteen 92-95.

With a fastball that can hit 96, he would be devestating if he could effectively control shifting down 3-5 MPH on command.

Oy Machado throws one into the dugout. Not a hit.

    Top 2:

-Called strike, bounceout on curveball to Aaron Herr. 1 down.

-Ball, foul, swing and miss, just low (Bailey thought he had him), foul, foul, foul, flyout to Moran in RF. 2 down.

-Called strike, foul, foul, foul, groundball to SS....throwing error on SS.

-Ball, single runner thrown out at home.

    Bailey: 2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K, 30 pitches.

Homer has given up 3 straight hits.

Single with the guy thrown out at home in the 2nd, double and the runner was thrown out trying to go to 3rd, and now a bloop single to the pitcher.

Homer has had to work despite not giving up a run.

    Top 3

-Low ball one, ball low, foul, double...runner thrown out at 3B. 1 down.

-Foul, called strike, just low ball one, foul, bloop single by the freakin' pitcher. He is getting ahead of the count a lot but can't put the hitters away.

-Called strike, ball, foul, foul, foul, fielder's choice, 2 down.

-Stolen base on a ball high, called strike, groundout to 3B.

    Bailey 3 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K, 48 pitches.
    I miss Adam Dunn.
