I would expect a rough start from Bailey tonight. He is going to need some adjustment time. Hughes took about a month before he got it together and he had more advanced command than Homer at that point.

Just a note on Homer Bailey and the Lookouts tonight. they play Huntsville. They are a horrible hitting team. .232/.314/.319. They have a combined 29 home runs (Joey Votto has 15 for the Lookouts this season by himself). They strike out once every 4.37 at bats for the season.
Looking at their team stats, I would expect Homer to be able to have a good game against this team.

Dayton strikes fast. Loaded the bases on 3 walks by Dejesus, Bruce and Szymanski. A single by Bobby Mosby scores all three. Yes, a single.

Well Homer says he is ok, and stays in. Not sure what was hurting.
