Well, as long as Aurilia is cleaning up, all is right in the world today.

That is one ugly 4 and 5 hitting tandem.

Why o why does JN insist on batting RA in the cleanup spot? Has any reporter ever asked him that question? I would love to hear his answer.

Yea Hatteberg sucks ass, a 390 OBP isn't worth crap.
I hope it's never sunny in Philly again.

I need to see the Lineup splits for Richie.

Lancaster would probably be the only one inclined to ask that question. McCoy, Fay, Brennaman, et. al seem to have a fetish for Aurilia. It only centers around his "veteran precense" "Knows How To Play The Game" - yadda yadda yadda....he's hitting fourth.

4 & 5 is a joke. Three is a humorous pun, bordering on joke. Poor Phillips.

He's a professional hitter; He can hit with RISP; He's been on winning ball clubs; He's a clutch hitter....

It would probably be one of those...or a variation of several.

Edwin needs to go like 5-5 with 10 rbi's tonight because we need him back in the lineup badly.

If it was Edwin at 4 and BP and 5, the lineup wouldn't look so awful.

Gotcha. Thought that was a dig at Hatteberg.

    Switch Dunn and Hatteberg.

Actually, as much sense as it doesn't make, the Reds do have a better record with Rich batting 4th than anybody else batting 4th.
