    Chris Carpenter Injured?

Trainer out looking at him now. The NL Central plot thickens.

He stayed in the game and finished the 7th, but he did not come back for the 8th. So it's probably nothing serious, but I'm sure we'll hear more about this one after the game.

    Dearest Albert,

While I'm having a break from the media, I'd like to invite you over for dinner and some discussion. I hear you all need run support.

    Sincerely,

    Bonds, Barry Bonds

Cleveland ain't dead yet. They've got 'em first and third one out in the eighth.

3-2 Cardinals in the 8th with 1 out.

Isringhausen is now in the game.

    They wisely "walk" Hafner.

The National league is a joke this year. I have not seen this much seperation between the two leagues since the 90's.
