    Nice article on Ross

From the article...."Arroyo studies video, Ross studies scouting reports. Together they formulate a plan that has made Arroyo one of the National League's top winners this season. " That is just plain impressive. I've always liked how Arroyo is always talking about how he thinks through each situation about 3 or 4 pitches ahead of the one he's about to make. HEaring that Ross does his homework is encouraging. Knowing they work this way together is pretty impressive.

Another interesting comment..."I work hard," he said. "I expect to succeed.".

I like this kid more and more every day.

a super volcano of ridonkulous suckitude.

I simply don't have access to a "cares about RBI" place in my psyche. There is a "mildly curious about OBI%" alcove just before the acid filled lake guarded by robot snipers with lasers which leads to the "cares about RBI" antechamber though. - Nate

I don't think that work ethic is so unusual for pitchers/catchers these days.

Aaron Harang does the same thing, as does Jason LaRue.
