Baseball Prospectus Postseason Odds for every MLB team

    http://www.baseballprospectus.com/st...cs/ps_odds.php

Am I reading that correctly to say that the Reds have a 54% chance of making the playoffs?
This is the Cal Ripkin Jr. of typos.

If you ask me to join your fantasy baseball league and I select Legolas in the first round, don't be angry at me. It's not my fault I've read up on the players and you haven't.

    I believe you are.

Man, the NL East depresses me.
There is no such thing as a pitching prospect.

Hey, the Royals have 0 listed. Have they actually already been mathematically eliminated?

According to those odds the Reds have a greater chance than the White Sox of winning the World Series.

Where do you see that. I only see post season odds. I don't see World Series odds.
How, then, are those people of the future—who are taking steroids every day—going to look back on baseball players who used steroids? They're going to look back on them as pioneers. They're going to look back at it and say "So what?" - Bill James, Cooperstown and the 'Roids

    Poor royals.

How bout we make the schedule open ended so that when a team is mathematically eliminated they just stop playing?
