    I imagine it's a suicide that will allow his family to keep their 6.5 mill in toys, yachts and homes...since they're untouchable upon his death.

    I don't know if they are untouchable or not. If I represented any of the creditors and victims of the Enron mess, I'd sure by trying to reach out and touch them.

    Ken always did have his mind on his money and his money on his mind (not to mention your money as well).

    Though I suspect his personal holdings are still extremely touchable. If you rob a bank and then die, your wife doesn't get to keep the cash.

    Yeah, but he's still got stuff that was gained "lawfully"--that can't be touched in punitive trials, as I understand. But admittedly, my understanding of law is not great.
