A much, much needed flurry of moves!

Finally!! I'm so happy with all of the days moves. This was badly needed to wake up the team and give the fans, and redzoners, something positive to talk about. I can hardly keep up with all the moves, but I'm happy with all of them.

Any chance of Joe Mays being involved in a move today too? I really don't want to watch him pitch again for the Reds.

Move were needed. The issue as to whether these were some of the right moves is certainly an open question.

And we didn't have to travel to the Domincan Republic to make them happen this time around...
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.
