Who signed Narron to the extension?

Just wondering who signed Narron to the extension? I thought it was Wayne K's call, but I have the feeling Bob C did it. They both got the extension on the same day which makes it odd.

    Which scenario happened?

A: Bob signs Narron and WK to extensions via Bob's decision.

B: WK signs extension, really likes Narron, signs him to an extension a half hour later.

I don't think that one day Mr. C suddenly came to the realization that he liked Special K...pushed his intercom button to his secretary and said "Get me K"...K didn't come running into his office and say "What is iboss?" and mr. C did n't just unload an offer like "K, I like what you've done with my team. How'd you like to hang around a little longer?"

I doubt it all went down like that these were more than likely things that had been discussed for a couple of weeks and I am sure during that time Krivsky made it known his thoughts on Narron.

If you recall eerybody that commented about Mr. C when he purchased the team said he hires people who know what they are doing and he lets/expects them to do it.
"Sometimes, it's not the sexiest moves that put you over the top," Krivsky said. "It's a series of transactions that help you get there."

Narron deserved the extenson and will continue to do a quality job while he is here.
When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.

I enjoy your guys input, but I'm not questioning his job or anything. Just asking who signed Narron to the extension. Yes they did discuss it for a few weeks prior and finally got something done with WK. But I wasn't sure what the story was with Narron.

I doubt very seriously if the manager of the big league club is hired directly by the GM without serious input from the owner. Especially a first year GM.

Wayne K's option year was picked up, not extended. That is a very simple and quick decision. I imagine contract negotiations for management go much quicker than players, so it is conceiveable they happened in the same day.

Chances are Bob cleared it with Wayne, and then made sure the manager was extended as well.
