I don't where you live in relation to Cincinnati but I've listened to the Reds in Colorado and western Kansas on 700 WLW with my car radio. The reception that far away isn't always that good but if you can pick up WLW you can avoid all the blackout restrictions.
Just an FYI that you can listen to the Pre and Post Game shows online via the WLW website. (Can't get the game though as noted on these links)
