    Question about all star ballots

I have a friend that went to a game in Pittsburgh recently. He mentioned that the ushers were handing out huge stacks of already punched ballots.

Is that something normal? Wouldn't every team do that for it's players if it is?

It's obviously just a dumb exhibition game, but just had me wondering if anybody here knew the rules.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.

I would say handing out the ballots pre-punched is not morally correct.

Re: Question about all star ballots

Why hand them out if they're punched? The ushers could drop them directly into the ballot boxes if the goal was to fix the voting.

Here the ushers hand out stacks, but they're brand new.
