If he pitches I'll have to say you're right because anyone who can read the back of a baseball card knows you give yourself no chance to win when Mays is on the mound. I've stood firmly in Wanye's corner every step of the way bought RCast's statements about wanting to win now hook line and sinker but if they put a guy who's batting 1.000 as a loser in his last 11 decisions on the mound they my friend do not care about winning that game.

They have some single tickets left in section 120 behind home plate for $36. If you try 2 or more you get standing room only tickets.

That's what I did just to test the system... I plan on going down tonight and get a $5 and also a $5 regular ticket for tomorrow.

Trying to laugh to keep from crying but how in the name of all that's holy could our ownership let Joe freakin Mays pitch in front of a sell out crowd in a game that at worst we'll be tied for the lead in the wild card race and with innocent children clutching their new Reds Hot Wheels on hand to witness the carnage. Is that the image of Reds baseball we want burned into the minds of our youth?

Sad truly sad.

Last game I was at was a sell-out against the Indians. Joe Mays was the starting pitcher. Maybe someone inside the organization thinks there is a correlation...and if they don't, let's hope that they don't start.
