    Drew Anderson pops up to the third baseman in foul territory. 2 outs.
    Joey Votto takes a walk and heads to first base.
    Noochie Varner grounds out to the pitcher to end the inning.

    Homer Bailey steps on the mound and faces the lead off hitter.
    1.Strike one on a fastball right down the middle. Change up high for ball 1. Strike two on a fastball. Pop up to shallow left field. Varner has it. 1 out.
    2. Strike one. Soft liner to Joey Votto for out #2.
    3. Curve ball in for strike 1. Strike 2. Pop up to shallow CF to Javon Moran who makes a running catch to end the inning.
    SCORE 0-0 after 1 inning.

    Rick Asadoorian leads off the second for the Lookouts. Rick strikes out on 3 straight pitches.
    Everyones favorite, Anderson Machado steps into the batters box with 1 out in the inning. Machado robbed of a hit down the first base line. 2 outs.
    Javier Colina comes up as the third batter of the inning and flies out to the warning track....just missed it. Inning is over.

    Vero Beach is up on Sarasota 2-0 after half an inning.

    Bailey back on the mound for the Lookouts.
    1. Low for ball 1. Foul ball, count evens at 1-1. Foul ball for strike 2. Slow roller up the third base line, Colina tries to get it but cant. Infield hit.
    2.With a runner on first the #5 hitter comes up and takes strike 1 on the outside corner. Foul ball for strike 2. Offspeed but high for ball 1. Curve ball for ball 2 low. Foul ball, 2-2 count still. Foul ball again, still 2-2. Groundball to Anderson, flip to Machado to Votto for the 4-6-3 DP. 2 outs, none on.
    3. Ball 1. Fly ball to deep center, but Moran catches up to it and puts it away.

    SCORE 0-0 after 2 innings.

    Miguel Perez leads off the inning with a ground out.
    Homer Bailey comes to the plate and strikes out on 4 pitches.
    Javon Moran comes up with none on and 2 outs and smacks a grounder into left field.
    Drew Anderson comes up and hopes to break out of his slump since being called up to AA. Javon Moran steals second. Grounder right to the pitcher and the inning is over.

    1. Called strike to batter 1. Foul ball to make it an 0-2 count. Foul ball straight back, still 0-2. Just misses inside, ball 1. Another foul ball. High and outside, ball 2. Low for ball 3. Pop up shallow right field caught by Asadoorian for out #1.
    2. Called strike. Swing and a miss, 0-2. Low and outside, ball 1. Swing and a miss for Homers first strike out of the game. 2 outs.
    3. Pitcher steps in strike 1. foul ball for strike 2. Misses 2 straight pitches to even the count up at 2-2 on the pitcher. Grounder to Machado to end the inning.
    SCORE 0-0 after 3.

    Joey Votto will lead off the 4th inning. Votto pops up in foul territory for the first out of the inning.
    Noochie Varner steps in with 1 out and grounds out to third base for the second out of the inning.
    Rick Asadoorian gets a base hit after what was at least a 9 pitch at bat without even taking a ball.
    Anderson Machado, Dano's favorite steps up with a runner on but grounds out to first to end the inning.

    Louisville is up 5-0
    Sarasota is down 4-0
    Dayton is down 3-0.

    1. Pitch high and inside on a bunt attempt. Ball 1. Strike 1. Ball 2 followed by ball 3. Foul ball to get to a full count. Ball 4.
    2. bunt foul for strike 1. bunt right back to Bailey, only play at first. 1 out, runner on second.
    3. foul ball. strike 2. Grounder to Machado, close play at first but the runner is called out. Manager out to argue. 2 outs, runner on third.
    4. Foul ball straight back, 0-1. Foul ball, strike 2. Ball 1 high, 1-2 count with a runner on third and 2 outs. Low and inside for ball 2 to the cleanup hitter. Offspeed froze him for strike 3. Change up around 79 MPH to strike him out.

    Javier Colina steps up to the plate in a mini slump and continues it with another strike out.
    Miguel Perez has been on fire lately and reaches base via Error on the 3rd baseman.
    Homer Bailey steps to the plate with a sacrafice in mind. Fouls three bunts off and strike 3. 2 outs in the inning.
    Javon Moran comes to the plate and smashes one up the middle into CF. Runners at first and second.
    Drew Anderson could use a hit right here. Anderson has fouled off about 5 or 6 pitches before striking out to end the inning.
    SCORE 0-0 in the middle of the 5th.

    Good to see the 79mph change to freeze him. That's his out pitch in the show.

    1. Strike one looking, right down the middle of the plate. Pop up to left field, Varner camps under it for out #1.
    2. Ground out to 3B Javier Colina on a broken bat for the second out of the inning.
    3. Called strike 1. Low ball 1. Ball 2. High for ball 3. Called strike 2 for a full count. Foul ball down the line on a hanging offspeed pitch. Misses inside on a fastball for ball 4. Runner down to first.
    4. Fly ball to Javon Moran to end the inning.
    SCORE 0-0 heading into the 6th inning.
