you can't win with a 12 man pitching staff and a teamful of guys that need defensive replacement unless you have a versatile player like Ryan Freel.

and you can't win with a dreadful bullpen unless you have a couple of starters that don't need a bullpen like Arroyo and Harang.

I had to give it to Bronson Arroyo over Ryan Freel. Not only has Arroyo pitched lights out but I believed his presense is having a positive effect on the rest of the ptiching staff.

Who's your Red's MVP so far this season?

    My pick is Ryan Freel...

Lots of good performances from others, but this guy seems to be at the center of most everything good.

Arroyo... solidified a spot that was sketchy, eats up innings that keeps the BP away and provides a nice tandem with Harang.

Adam Dunn...this offense would be lost without him

I voted for Q, because his absence improved the bench.

Bronson Arroyo -- the only thing standing between this team and the cellar, when you think about the fact that if he wasn't here, I'm not sure that Dave Williams gets cut and run on as quickly as he does.

Plus, it'd mean a full season of Mike Gosling/Justin Germano -- I don't know if that's healthy for fans to witness.

Arroyo. Dunn's a close second. But he's definitely second at this point.

Dunn, he plays everyday and contributes more to the team IMO.

If EE gets 1 vote I know where it will come from!
