    question about S.p.

Yahoo league i have the following S.p. im a long shot for the playoffs so im sort of looking towards next season and wondering who i should drop . Ponson seems rather obvious and colon seems to taken a turn for the worst since coming off of the d.l. and johnson looks like age has caught up with him. But id just like some advice from you guys as to what you think .

    S. Ponson
    F. García
    A. Burnett
    B. Colón
    J. Contreras
    Ra. Johnson
    M. Clement
    R. Harden
Also wondering what everybody thinks about the following guys

    Jeremy Sowers

    B. McCarthy

    M. Pelfrey

give colon more time, but yes sidney Ponson is a definate drop as well as clement. If the Chi-sox pull off a deal sending vasquez or garcia I would def. give Mccarthy a look, but not til then, who else is available, not a big fan of sowers for THIS season, and pelfrey will be allright, but their are prob. better options, but I would def. Drop Ponson and use his spot based on matchups in the meantime. If your still around for the playoffs Harden will be a big boost

I'll assume that this league you are talking about is a keeper league because you said you wanted to begin to "look towards next season". Not knowing how many keeprs you're allowed and how the player is eligible for keeper I would suggest this:

Drop Ponson immediately and pick up Sowers.

Drop Clement and pick up McCarthy if he is the best younger guy still out there. I'd take McCarthy over Pelfrey.

If it isn't a keeper league, then just drop Ponson for Sowers.

I definately agree w/ mccarthy now, that I know it is a keeper leauge and if especially if the rumors are true that he is going to the nat's where he will immediately join the rotation in a pitchers park, pick him up now and drop clement
