    OK, for those afraid of a trade, rest easy. I just talked to my pop, who said the local news said Bruce was pulled from the game because of a slight limp after doubling. Seems precautionary.

    Bruce is fine...we need a little Wood love on this thread. 11K's through 6 innings! I don't know why he was getting beaten around their for a few starts, but he had to have been sharp tonight.

    Indeed. The guy now has 100 IP on the season with 106 strikeouts, and some people think he might be holding a little back (on advice from the coaching staff). He sure is one to watch, he won't be 20 years old until February.

    6 IP and 11 K's. I like that.... that's alot BETTER.......
    FYI... Jay pulled his left quad Muscle. It's not serious may sit out a game. Also, when Jay went to the locker room to get dressed for the game his #32 jersey was gone, that's why he was wearing #18.
