One current Darton College baseball player was selected in the Major League Draft while one former player moves up in the minor league system. Cavalier sophomore Keltavious Jones was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 27th round. As the leadoff hitter for Head Coach Glenn Eames, Jones had a .324 batting average, including 10 doubles, eight triples, two home runs and 34 RBI. He was one of eight junior college players picked by the Reds in the 2006 MLB Draft. He is 5'8" 165.
He is currently at GCL and in batting .200 in 30 abs.
