Could Penny have injured himself in the All-Star game?

Brad Penny is 0-3 with a 7.56 ERA in the second half. Didn't he throw hard in his All Star appearance? I wonder if he injured something?
I've been to dinner at Jimmy Buffet's house, and I've eaten it at a homeless shelter. And there's great joy and harrowing terror to be found in both places.

Interesting, I haven't paid much attention to him since the all-star break. Shortly before I traded Penny & Coco Crisp for Helton & Hudson. Looks like neither side got much of anything, seeing as I cut Hudson the other day since I'm quickly approaching the maximum innings pitched mark and can't justify starting him at this point. Helton ain't done much for me either.

Every pitch he threw was a fastball like I have never seen Penny throw that hard before and with every pitch he threw I constantly thought to myself, boy, I hope he doesn't injure himself throwing that hard consistently, but the AL just didn't know how to hit it...

We just don't get enough Big Black references around here anymore.
